A real estate developer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a luxury villa development within a master-planned residential community in Marbella. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the project, ensuring delivery within approved parameters of cost, schedule, quality, and design intent. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution from design development through construction and handover.
