Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to high standards (Including Latte Art), • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations., • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner., • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment., • Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays., • A positive attitude and a passion for creating great coffee experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our cafe bar within a clothing store in Puerto Banús. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffees and matcha beverages. Key responsibilities include: • Providing excellent customer service., • Operating coffee machines and preparing a diverse range of coffee-based drinks., • Handling cash transactions accurately., • Maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in coffee preparation and be proficient in English.
