Develop the necessary market segments by executing strategies agreed by the GC&E Manager and the Director of Sales. Planning and Organising:Run a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service and keep a pre-event arrival experience up to the standards (i.e. close menus, attendees, program, rooming list and link if needed)Follows the Team performance on necessary procedures for the pre, during and post event. Review together with the operations team the BEO and run the pre-con with the client and team members involved.
