Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to order
- Ensure timely and consistent delivery of dishes during breakfast hours
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed
- Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Assist in menu development and daily specials where required
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Perform opening kitchen duties and prep for the day ahead
