** Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare, cook, and present food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service.
  • Work with the team to develop menus that reflect our brand and seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space in line with food safety standards.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering.
  • Ensure food is consistently high-quality, well-presented, and delivered on time.
  • Monitor portion control, waste, and kitchen costs to support profitability.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and follow best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a chef in a café, bistro, or similar kitchen environment.
  • Confidence in preparing meals across all meal periods.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
