Reporting to the Air Freight Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for Air Freight activities across France, Spain, and Italy. You will lead the acquisition of new customers while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing portfolio. You provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. MAINS MISSIONS: • Develop air freight business: B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth., • Manage and retain a customer portfolio: Offer customized solutions (standard, express, consolidation)., • Build and negotiate offers in working closely with pricing/operations teams and participate in tenders., • Develop cross‑selling in collaboration with other BUs to promote vertical solutions and value-added services, • Collaborate closely with operations : Optimize commercial strategy and report market trends., • Monitor commercial performance: KPIs, CRM, customer results analysis and air trade lane performance., • Support operational implementation: Manage flows and SOPs with internal teams., • Integrate financial considerations: Customer creditworthiness, pricing consistency, possible involvement in collections, • Contribute to quality and continuous improvement : Enhance internal solutions and processes. LOCATION: Barcelona BENEFITS • Competitive compensation based on profile, • Company car, • Up to 2 days/week remote work YOUR PROFIL: • Degree from Bac+2 to Bac+4 in International Business/Supply Chain., • At least 5 years of B2B business development experience in Supply Chain, transport, or international logistics., • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or Retail environments appreciated, with strong understanding of operational and regulatory requirements., • Strong knowledge of logistics and transport solutions (air, multimodal, integrated solutions)., • Ability to build complex commercial offers and present them clearly., • Comfortable with CRM tools and managing a commercial pipeline., • Professional English and French; Italian or Spanish appreciated, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, with strong priority management, • Team-oriented and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders WHY JOIN US?
