We are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily floor operations, providing strong leadership and support to our team, and upholding our high standards of service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including meticulous opening and closing procedures., • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service delivery., • Maintain and elevate service standards to guarantee outstanding guest satisfaction., • Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for efficient and harmonious service., • Compile accurate daily manager reports and ensure effective communication with senior management., • Support HR administration tasks, including scheduling, onboarding new staff, and managing documentation. What We're Looking For: • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality sector., • Possess a strong leadership presence and the capability to manage floor operations independently., • Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and team., • Demonstrate a calm, organized, and solutions-focused approach, especially under pressure., • Must hold the legal right to work in Spain (NIE/DNI required)., • Maintain a presentable, professional, and guest-focused demeanor at all times., • Exhibit a flexible, can-do attitude, adapting to the dynamic demands of a busy hospitality environment.
