Easy Beans Coffee is a specialty café opening in San Pedro de Alcántara. We're building a space that feels as good as the coffee tastes - relaxed, bright, unpretentious, and rooted in the community here. At Easy Beans, good coffee is just the beginning. We're passionate about healthy living and the belief that what you put in your body matters - from the beans we source to the ingredients we use. Everything we do is rooted in nature, wellbeing, and making people feel genuinely good from the moment they walk in. We're looking for a barista (full-time or part-time) who brings both skill and soul to the bar. You Bring • Native/fluent Spanish + basic English, • 2+ years hospitality experience, • 1+ years barista experience, • Obsessive attention to detail, • Good energy - always We Bring • Clean environment, top-tier equipment and quality beans, • Free drinks - up to 2 per day whilst on shift, • Free breakfast and lunch meal on shift, • 20% discount on all products outside of working hours, • Barista training, • Tips shared equally between staff - owners don't take from the pool

The Role As a Barista, you will be the face of our unique coffeeshop, creating outstanding coffees and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible of delivering the same quality on each cup, upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, following strict protocols, and delivering service with energy and enthusiasm.
