ph3Job Overview /h3pDigital Campus – ITSM Operation and Service Specialist (Albacete, Spain) /ppWe are looking for an IT Operation and Service Specialist for Asset Configuration Data Management who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy, health and reliability of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role bridges data management with IT teams, ensuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes are strictly followed and supporting our Product Service Lines (PSLs) to utilize CMDB data within ServiceNow. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute daily operational (RUN) tasks to maintain, update and audit CMDB data, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of configuration items and their relationships. /liliCollaborate proactively with infrastructure, application, network and other IT teams to identify data discrepancies, resolve CI conflicts and continuously improve CMDB data quality. /liliAct as the primary technical point of contact for PSLs, providing hands‑on support and guidance for managing and updating their CMDB data in ServiceNow. /liliAssist PSLs in designing and building practical scenarios and workflows so they can efficiently consume CMDB content for incident, problem, change and lifecycle management. /liliEnsure all asset and configuration management activities align with internal governance, ITIL best practices and organizational ITSM standards. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliActive ITIL Certification (ITIL Foundation V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation minimum). /liliComprehensive understanding of IT Service Management processes and how Configuration Management interacts with Incident, Problem and Change Management. /liliSolid knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM), focusing on products and services objects. /liliHands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules. /liliStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to translate technical data concepts to various IT teams and PSLs. /li /ulh3Preferred / Optional Skills /h3ulliExperience with ServiceNow Discovery or Service Mapping. /liliAdvanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification. /liliExperience working in Agile or DevOps environments alongside Product Service Lines. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliCompetitive salary and attractive benefits package. /liliVacation days plus extra days off throughout the year (≈35 days per year). /liliHybrid working model and flexible work arrangements. /liliLife and health insurance, employee stock options, retirement plan and study grants. /liliOn‑site facilities: free canteen, kindergarten, medical office. /liliOpportunities for upskilling, development and participation in corporate social responsibility initiatives. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity EEO Statement /h3pAirbus Helicopters Spain, SA is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
