About Us
We are a dynamic restaurant specializing in Asian fusion cuisine. We are currently seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team, with the opportunity to grow into a Head Chef role depending on experience and ability.
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and organizing food ingredients in the morning to ensure smooth service.
- Cooking dishes during service following recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Being open to flexible working hours, including extra hours when required.
Opportunity
We are also looking to hire a Head Chef. If you demonstrate leadership skills and the right experience, you will have the opportunity to step into this role. If no Head Chef candidate is found, the position may be offered internally to the right cook.
Requirements - Previous cooking experience in Asian cuisine as a Cook.
- Strong willingness to work and learn.
- Flexibility with working hours, including willingness to work extra hours as needed (paid accordingly).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
