The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Operations: Oversee the kitchen during service, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 5 days a week. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients at competitive prices. Manage orders to avoid overbuying and reduce food waste. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all food items meet the restaurant's quality standards. Maintain all kitchen operations in compliance with sanitary and safety regulations. Implement and enforce all necessary health and safety requirements to pass inspections from sanitation authorities. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head Chef, with proven experience in managing all kitchen processes. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu development. Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is strictly required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage all aspects of the kitchen. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers. Initiative and creativity in developing new dishes and improving kitchen processes. Other: Must possess all legal documents and work permits to work in the country.
