This is not a support role. It is a high-ownership contribution to one of the most important bets we are making right now. The Challenge Millions of French consumers own things they're not using. Selling them is still painful, slow, and uncertain. Most give up before they start. Ealyx eliminates that friction entirely. But a better experience doesn't spread by itself — especially in a new market. It needs to be discovered with a local voice, understood through local references, and trusted through local credibility. Generic content won't work. French consumers are sharp, culturally specific, and ignore anything that feels imported. Your job is to own the consumer-side execution in France: build the brand presence, run the acquisition mechanics, and grow the community that makes Ealyx feel like it was made for France. The Role We are looking for a D2C Marketing Intern — French Market to drive Ealyx's consumer-facing growth in France. You will own real deliverables, not tasks. You will work directly with the founders and operate across the full D2C marketing surface: growth hacking, social selling, UGC, creator outreach, and community — all rooted in French-market instinct. This is not a translation role. It is a market-building role that happens to require native fluency. What You Will Do French-Market Growth & Virality • Design and run low-cost acquisition experiments calibrated to French consumer behaviour: referral mechanics, waitlist moments, share-to-unlock flows, double-sided incentives, • Map the French user journey for natural viral moments and build triggers around them — measure k-factor contribution, • Orchestrate UGC: turn real "j'ai été payé en 24h" moments into shareable content that works as social proof and acquisition simultaneously, • Test growth loops weekly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does Social Selling & Content — French Voice • Build Ealyx's French social presence from zero to a feed that converts, not just accumulates followers, • Plan and produce short-form content showing the real experience in French: submit a product, get an offer, get paid — in 60 seconds, • Identify and activate French micro-creators and early users who can authentically amplify reach — people who speak to the French resale and sustainability communities, not generic lifestyle accounts, • Run the French social calendar and iterate based on what drives signups, not impressions Shopper Activation & Community • Build the French founding member beta mechanic: limited access, waitlist, referral-powered queue advancement, • Build SEO landing pages by product category for the French market; write editorial content in French that earns organic reach, • Reactivate warm French prospects with targeted email and WhatsApp sequences ahead of App launch What We Are Looking For Native French speaker. This is non-negotiable — not near-native, not advanced. The French consumer voice requires someone who grew up inside the culture, the references, and the humour. Social selling native. You know that posting and selling are different skills. You've built content that made people act — not just scroll — even outside a corporate context. Bonus if you've done it in French. Growth hacker mindset. You think in loops, not campaigns. You ask "how does this bring in the next user?" and you know how to run an experiment fast enough to find out. Sharp positioning instinct. You see the angle that makes a product different before anyone tells you what it is. You write for why people choose, not what the product does — and you do it in the register that works for French consumers. AI-Powered. You use AI as a force multiplier in everything: content ideation, copy iteration, trend analysis, performance synthesis. You have a workflow, not a tool you occasionally open. If your main use case is drafting emails, this is not the right role. Languages: French native required. English working proficiency required. Spanish is a plus. Outlier. We are looking for outliers. This doesn't have to be professional — it just has to be real: • You grew an audience, a brand, or a community with real traction, • You ran a campaign, a side project, or a store that moved numbers, • You've competed at a high level — sport, academia, or any discipline requiring sustained excellence, • You've done something creative or entrepreneurial that most people your age haven't tried We don't need a CV that looks impressive on paper.
