ABOUT US INFINNI is building the infrastructure that powers the creator economy. We’re a technology company reimagining how creators work by designing powerful, modern tools that make it simple to manage, distribute, and scale their work. The creator economy is on track to exceed $480B by 2027, yet the software powering it is fragmented and outdated. We’re here to change that. Our ecosystem of products—trusted by the biggest names in the industry—streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization. We’re a global team of 150+ engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork. United by a shared mission: to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem. Role Overview We’re building a brand-new product vertical from zero, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help bring it to life. You’ll work side by side with our Product Design Lead — turning direction into shipped product, owning meaty slices of the work, and setting a high craft bar every step of the way. This is a 0-to-1 mandate. Alongside the Lead, you’ll shape what we build, how it feels, and how it ships — then iterate relentlessly once it’s in users’ hands. You won’t be handed pixel-perfect specs to execute; you’ll be handed problems, context, and the trust to solve them. This isn’t a role for someone who wants a tidy brief and a backlog. It’s for a designer who’s bold, resourceful, energized by ambiguity, and obsessive about the details. If you think like a builder, get your hands dirty with real users, and use every tool available (AI included) to move faster, you’ll thrive here. What you’ll be doing • Own significant parts of the product — from early exploration through shipped, polished UI — in close partnership with the Lead., • Turn direction and ambiguity into clear, shippable solutions, and take real problems from concept to launch to iteration., • Get close to users. User research and direct conversations are core to this job, not an afterthought — you’ll help plan and run research, and turn what you learn into product decisions., • Partner closely with developers to ship and maintain a high UI bar — sweating the details that separate good from great., • Collaborate with the Lead, internal stakeholders, and external partners to align on what matters and why., • Use AI tools (Claude, and others) to multiply your output — from research synthesis to exploration to production., • Communicate your decisions and rationale clearly, so the team understands not just what you designed, but why. What you bring • Strong, proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio of shipped work., • A track record of taking product work from concept to ship — then iterating and improving it. You’ve done the full arc, not just one slice., • The ability to turn vision and ambiguity into solution, and to drive your own work to done with minimal hand-holding., • A startup mindset: bold, resourceful, comfortable owning outcomes with limited certainty., • Excellent craft — you hold a high bar for UI quality and interaction detail., • Comfort being close to users — helping run research, and pulling insight from direct conversations., • A strong cognitive and analytical toolkit, paired with structure and organization in how you work., • Clear communication — you can explain and defend your design decisions, verbally and visually., • Above-average, in-depth skill in Figma, FigJam, and AI tools like Claude., • Intermediate design system experience., • Fluent written and spoken English. Nice to have • Previous experience in adjacent spaces: creator, fans, social media, or adult., • Technical knowledge — front-end and web technologies, backend systems, authentication., • Additional languages: Chinese, German, or Spanish. What’s in it for you • Real ownership. Meaningful slices of a brand-new vertical that are yours to design and drive — not tickets handed down a chain., • 0-to-1 from day one. Build something new instead of maintaining someone else’s roadmap., • Direct impact. Small team, fast decisions, and a clear line between your work and the outcome., • Grow with the work. Partner closely with a Design Lead and level up as the vertical scales., • Work at the frontier. A team that treats AI as a genuine force multiplier, not a buzzword., • Fully remote, real flexibility. Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We optimize for output, not hours logged or time zones matched., • Fair, competitive pay. Compensation is market-rate — around average, and a bit above for the right person. We’re honest about that: the pull here is the ownership and the flexibility, not an inflated salary., • Plus the usual essentials to keep you supported and doing your best work.
