Company Description At Dr.You, we are building a modern well-being brand focused on helping people understand themselves better and find more coherence in their day-to-day lives. We do this by offering retail spaces, digital experiences, curated products, community, events and data-driven programs. Our first store in Madrid is our proof of concept, but our ambition is much bigger: to create recognizable urban sanctuaries across Europe. We are now at a key point in the business. After launching our first store and online channel, we are building the core team that will help us scale with clarity, care and consistency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Growth & Digital Manager based in Madrid. The primary responsibilities include driving digital marketing strategies to expand the brand’s online presence, overseeing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance data to improve content and engagement. The role will also involve optimizing digital advertising efforts, managing e-commerce channels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful integration of marketing initiatives. The Growth & Digital Manager will play a key role in scaling the business while maintaining Dr.You’s unique voice and values. • Digital Growth Strategy You will define and execute the growth strategy for the online business. This includes: • Building a clear digital growth roadmap, • Identifying the highest-impact growth opportunities, • Prioritizing initiatives across acquisition, conversion and retention, • Setting and tracking key digital KPIs, • Connecting digital performance with overall business goals, • Helping Dr.You scale in Spain and future European markets, • Building a test-and-learn culture 2. Paid Media & Acquisition You will lead paid acquisition across key channels. This includes: • Managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, • Testing creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages, • Optimizing CAC, ROAS and conversion quality, • Creating campaigns around product launches, rituals, bundles and events, • Identifying which messages resonate with different customer segments, • Scaling what works while cutting what does not, • Collaborating with creative resources to improve performance assets The digital roadmap specifically highlights geo-targeted paid ads, high-intent keywords and creative around the five-pillar framework as key growth actions. 3. E-commerce & Shopify You will own and improve the Dr.You online store. This includes: • Managing the Shopify structure, • Improving product pages, collections and navigation, • Making sure the online experience feels clear and premium, • Organizing product architecture and bundles, • Supporting promotions and digital activations, • Ensuring that the website communicates “why Dr.You” clearly, • Creating guided journeys such as scans, rituals and product recommendations, • Making the digital store easier, faster and more intuitive 4. CRO & Customer Journey You will improve how users move through the website. This includes: • Analyzing user behavior, • Improving homepage, landing pages, product pages and checkout, • Running A/B tests, • Using tools like GA4 and Hotjar to identify friction, • Increasing conversion rate, • Improving checkout completion, • Testing bundles, rituals and guided product journeys, • Making sure the online experience feels helpful, not transactional 5. CRM, Retention & Post-Service This includes: • Managing Klaviyo, • Creating welcome flows, educational flows and post-purchase journeys, • Building email campaigns around rituals, events, products and community, • Increasing repeat purchase rate, • Segmenting customers based on behavior and needs, • Creating retention loops between online and offline, • Building customer journeys that continue after the first purchase This is highly aligned with the business plan’s focus on post-sale care as a differentiator, including welcome rituals, usage education, self-check prompts and early access to events or drops. 6. Analytics & Reporting You will turn data into decisions. This includes: • Tracking full-funnel performance, • Building dashboards and reporting systems, • Monitoring revenue, CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase rate and CRM revenue, • Sharing weekly insights with the team, • Helping founders understand what is working and what is not, • Using data to improve product, content, retail and community decisions, • Making digital learning visible to the whole team 7. Digital Community and Content Performance You will help build the digital side of the Dr.You community. This includes: • Supporting weekly content rituals, • Connecting email, Instagram, TikTok, blog and website, • Helping turn community moments into digital growth, • Supporting city-based community initiatives, • Helping create campaigns that invite participation, not just views, • Collaborating with the Content Creator on content from store and events, • Making sure our content educates, converts and retains You’ll be a good fit if You are analytical, proactive and business-minded. You understand that performance is not only about ads, and that a strong digital business needs a clear message, a good product experience, strong retention and constant learning. It follows a progressive structure, rewarding both performance and overperformance.
