This role is the tactical engine of service delivery within the Academy, responsible for the end-to-end execution of training programs, ensuring seamless coordination between trainers, clients, and partners . As the department transitions from a reactive model to a proactive, tech-enabled function, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards while supporting the implementation of automation tools designed to scale operations across global markets. /ppbr/ppbWhat You Will Do /b /ppbr/pullibSession Management /b: Oversee the daily delivery of training sessions, ensuring 100% service fulfillment across assigned regions. /lilibTicket Resolution /b: Manage and resolve incoming support tickets via bHubSpot /b, adhering to defined service level agreements based on urgency and importance. /lilibTrainer Scheduling /b: Match weekly training demand with available trainers based on location, language, and qualification, maintaining a contingency bench to mitigate last-minute coverage risks. /lilibClient Relations /b: Maintain regular communication with teams to coordinate delivery standards and propose continuous improvements. /lilibTrainer Lifecycle /b: Manage the full lifecycle of trainers, including recruitment, onboarding through bTrain-the-Trainer (TTT) /b sessions, and ongoing performance coaching. /lilibAutomation Adoption /b: Identify operational bottlenecks and support the rollout of new internal tools designed to reduce manual workload in pre-session planning and post-session reporting. /lilibSystem Maintenance /b: Ensure 100% data accuracy in internal trackers, bLooker /b dashboards, and project management tools like bLinear /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat You Need /b /ppbr/pulli3+ years of account, operations or project management experience (preferably in a startup/scaleup). /liliFluent in both bItalian /b AND bFrench /b (C1 level or more) /liliAlso fluent in English or Spanish. /liliStrong negotiation skills and an ability to manage risk. /liliStrong planning skills with extreme attention to detail in high-volume environments (managing up to 15–20 training sessions per week). /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Excel for data tracking and analysis. /liliProficiency in project management and CRM tools (e.g., Linear, HubSpot, Asana). /liliFamiliarity with virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Disprz) is an advantage. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer: /b /ppbr/pulliCompetitive salary /liliFast-growing, international environment with high impact. /liliHybrid work model – Work 2 days from the office, 3 days from home, plus the flexibility to work remotely for up to 3 consecutive weeks (subject to approval). /liliTruly international team – Work alongside talented professionals from 20+ nationalities. /liliExtra day off – Celebrate your birthday with a paid day off! /liliPrime location – Our office is in the heart of Barcelona, right by the Catedral de Barcelona, offering one of the best city views. /liliWellness social perks – Enjoy team-building activities, wellness sessions and pet-friendly offices provided by OneCoWork. /liliFree coffee, tea, and drinks – Stay energised throughout the day. /li /ulpbr/ppAt the Service Club, talent comes first.
