Key Responsibilities Enhance Account Optimization and Retention • Provide high-touch relationship management for both newly onboarded and existing hosts, building a foundation of trust to foster sustainable, long-term partnerships., • Proactively identify and address host questions, concerns, and pain points to improve overall satisfaction and account health., • Master the use of Salesforce (SFDC) and other cutting-edge Customer Success tools to track progress, manage complex accounts, and streamline client workflows., • Take full ownership of a pipeline consisting of high-value accounts, ensuring consistent movement toward ambitious growth and expansion goals., • Actively champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC), gathering insights from your daily interactions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process efficiency., • Work in close synchronization with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to align on team goals and deliver outstanding results., • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new digital tools to stay competitive and maximize client success., • Engage in continuous personal development, specialized sales training, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team. Requirements • Professional Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related high-level client-facing role., • Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience in a business-related field., • Language Mastery: C2 level of German (native or near-native) and a proficient level of English., • Communication Power: Exceptional written, verbal, and over-the-phone communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels., • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment., • Organizational Skills: Superior ability to multitask and manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail. Desirable Skills: • Proficiency with Salesforce, Mixmax, or similar CRM and outreach platforms., • A background or strong interest in hospitality, property management, or the travel industry., • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and foster positive, impactful professional relationships., • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A mindset characterized by innovation, proactive problem-solving, and a desire to identify new opportunities.
