Responsibilities: • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business), • Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets, • Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel, • Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce), • Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction, • Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals Additional information: Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office) Training: 23.04.2026 Salary: €2168.90 gross per month + quarterly bonus 1537.20 gross Relocation: relocation to Sofia in Bulgaria. Remote work outside of Bulgaria is not permitted Relocation package: We provide full support with relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria - including flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel and advanced payment. Requirements: • Knowledge of English and Dutch at min. C1 level (speaking and writing), • Min. 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sector, • Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations, • Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset, • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently, • Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool, • Previous experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
