PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The role will lead the development and implementation of the global supplier performance management framework. This includes driving supplier compliance, championing sustainability initiatives, and embedding operational excellence into the way we manage our external partners. This is a cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with regional procurement teams, ESG leads, operations, risk, and legal teams. It combines strategic thinking with rigorous operational follow-through and offers the opportunity to shape supplier engagement across Modulaire’s global footprint. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supplier Performance & Operational Excellence •Lead the global Supplier Performance Management (SPM) framework, including KPIs, scorecards, and improvement plans. •Manage quarterly reviews with key suppliers across core categories. •Partner with Procurement and Operations to drive supplier quality, service, delivery, and innovation. •Identify root causes of underperformance and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives. Sustainability & ESG in the Supply Chain •Act as procurement lead on sustainability, embedding ESG into sourcing and supplier management. •Develop and track supplier sustainability metrics aligned with Modulaire’s ESG targets. •Lead supplier assessments, audits, and capability-building activities. •Work with Group Sustainability to ensure compliance with frameworks (e.g. CSRD, SBTi, Modern Slavery Act). Risk & Compliance •Act as procurement lead on sustainability, embedding ESG into sourcing and supplier management. •Develop and track supplier sustainability metrics aligned with Modulaire’s ESG targets. •Lead supplier assessments, audits, and capability-building activities. •Work with Group Sustainability to ensure compliance with frameworks (e.g. CSRD, SBTi, Modern Slavery Act). Data, Systems & Governance •Ensure supplier performance data is captured, tracked, and reported accurately using procurement systems. •Create standardised dashboards and templates to support local and regional reporting. •Provide training and support to regional teams on supplier performance tools and processes. •Drive digital initiatives to enhance visibility and efficiency in supplier engagement and compliance. Qualifications & Experience •>5 years supplier management experience in quality department in global organizations. •Proven experience developing and managing supplier performance frameworks and KPIs. •Exposure to sustainability standards, supply chain compliance, and third-party risk management. •Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools and procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Power BI). •Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills across matrixed organizations. •Familiarity with international ESG frameworks (e.g. UNGC, ISO 20400, Ecovadis, CDP) is highly desirable. •Leadership and change management experience is highly desirable.
