Role Summary Sklum Digital & AI is an agentic-native team — agentic AI workflows are not a productivity boost layered onto traditional engineering, they are how the work gets done. The product partner to that team has to match the same standard. This role owns what millions of customers see, feel, and do across our mobile app and web, and personally drives the platform engines — measurement, experimentation, and CDP — that the whole company depends on to learn. Director-level seniority. Hands-on IC. You will ship. We are deliberately lean. This is not a role for someone who delegates the craft. We want someone who personally authors requirements, goes deep into UX flows, partners directly with engineers, and works face-to-face with marketing, science, IT, and commercial teams — no intermediaries. What you’ll be doing Product & Experience Ownership • Own end-to-end UX across app and web — navigation, search, PDP, checkout, and everything in between, • Lead the Sklum App program from strategy through launch — the flagship surface for the next growth phase, • Drive continuous web optimisation against conversion, revisit, and engagement KPIs, • Co-own on-site conversion and retention with the Director of Growth Platform Engines • Build and own the measurement engine — single source of truth for KPIs across Acquisition, Growth, and Business Development, • Build and own the experimentation engine — A/B platform, feature flags, statistical rigour, shared experiment roadmap, • Build and own the CDP — identity resolution, segmentation, data governance, and activation across all channels, • Define and enforce guardrail KPIs that no experiment is allowed to breach Technical Foundations • Partner with the Principal Engineer on technical vision for app and web, • Own technical SEO, data governance, site architecture, and consent, • Ensure identity resolution is reliable across devices and sessions so every director can trust the numbers Agentic Ways of Working • Use coding agents, autonomous workflows, and agentic tooling as a core part of how you author requirements, prototype, analyse, and ship — not something you delegate, • Design the human-in-the-loop oversight that allows agentic outputs to safely reach customers, • Raise the product function's leverage by identifying where agentic workflows replace or augment traditional product, research, and measurement tasks Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner as a peer with the Directors of Growth and Customer Acquisition, Creative Director, and Business Development, • Work in tight partnership with the UX design team (they own the craft; you own strategy, requirements, and outcomes) and the UX tech team (shared roadmap, standards, release rhythm), • Collaborate with IT on ERP, CRM, PIM, CMS, and payments data flows, • Partner with the Science team on personalisation, search, and AI/ML-driven experiences Why work with us This role sits at the core of SKLUM's Digital and AI team, directly shaping how supply chain decisions are made. You will build a capability that improves forecast accuracy, optimises inventory and distribution, and enhances operational resilience — work that directly influences cost efficiency, product availability, and the end customer experience. Benefits you can enjoy • Private health insurance, • Relocation policy, • Employee discounts Join our dream, join the SklumTeam! What we'd like to see 12+ years in product management for consumer-facing digital products, with recent years in principal-IC or senior roles where you personally shipped Hands-on principal track record: authoring PRDs, going deep into UX flows, partnering directly with engineers Proven experience building platform engines: measurement, experimentation, CDP, identity resolution Demonstrated personal mastery of agentic workflows — coding agents and autonomous tooling as daily practice, not occasional use End-to-end ownership of mobile app and web experiences at meaningful consumer scale Strong commercial instinct — conversion, LTV, and revisit conversations are as natural as UX ones Experience co-owning cross-functional KPIs without organisational friction Deep knowledge of engagement-heavy ecommerce — personalisation, social commerce, content-driven discovery Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, PIM, and CMS from the product side Exposure to AI/ML-driven customer experiences (personalisation, search, recommendations) Fluent English; working Spanish a significant plus At our company, we are firmly committed to guaranteeing equal opportunity for all people in our workplace, building an inclusive and equitable environment. We value each employee for their talents, skills, and contributions, regardless of their race, religion, colour, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability.
