Mission: As a Night auditor, you will be the one to provide a courteous, charming, and professional service to our guests following the company standards and procedures. Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries. Be fully aware of all reservation procedures and ensure that all relevant information is kept in Opera. Address guest complaints and requests and provide concierge services like wake-up calls. Complete and provide to the hotel management the Night Report. Reconcile and balance the hotel’s financial records from the day shift.

Mission: As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the one to ensure unforgettable welcome and well-being treatment experiences for our guests. Spa Receptionist - Arrival: Provide a warm and elegant welcome to our guests demonstrating a high level of guest service and satisfaction. Advice and recommend tailored treatment for our guests. Keep harmony in the guest's sense of the arrival in the reception area. Booking: Manage appointment bookings and prepare guest schedules. Ensure the treatments are correctly scheduled and booked at a suitable time.

Management: Ensure that all services are carried out in a smooth and exceptional manner by the team. Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address any issues and continuously improve the guest experience. Collaborate with other departments, to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any service-related issues. Supervision: Identify training needs to develop and manage performance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
