In the Personnel Administration Department, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist whose main responsibilities will include: • Payroll calculation and review, including all related incidences., • Management of employee registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security (SILTRA)., • Processing sick leave (IT), workplace accidents, and general labor documentation., • Employee data administration and attendance control., • Preparation of reports and reporting using advanced Excel., • Use of Epsilon Castilla payroll software and data tools such as QlikView., • Education in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, or similar., • At least 5–7 years of experience in payroll and labor administration., • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)., • Strong knowledge of Social Security regulations, SILTRA, sick leave (IT), and workplace accidents (AT)., • Experience with Epsilon Castilla and data analysis tools (QlikView) or other similar tools, • Advanced English level (mandatory)., • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and analytical profile.
