Buscamos HOSTESS para nuestro Restaurante TAKUMI MARBELLA. La personas que desempeñan éste puesto son las encargadas de atender al cliente en su primer contacto para realizar su reserva, recibirles y despedirse de ellos una vez finalizada la experiencia. Buscamos personas dinámicas con don de gentes, que sepan agradar al cliente tanto en la atención telefónica como directa. Con capacidad para adaptarse y gestionar situaciones derivadas de la atención al cliente. Se requiere experiencia previa, dominio de CoverMaganer y nivel de inglés intermedio/alto. Se valorará positivamente dominio de otros idiomas. FUNCIONES: -Gestión de las reservas del Restaurante, siguiendo las indicaciones de operativa indicadas. -Trato directo con el cliente, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos por la empresa. Recepción, acomodo en mesa y seguimiento del servicio. -Trabajar con el Sistema de reservas Covermanager, gestionar peticiones de reservas y lista de espera, así como informes de clientes semanales. -Capacidad para resolver situaciones de reclamaciones y peticiones de clientes y saber velar en todo momento por el interés de la empresa. -Conocer la carta y bebidas para poder recomendar al cliente cuando solicite una reserva y cuestione por estos asuntos. -Gestión de cobros y control del servicio valet parking.
