About the job ¿Cuál será tu misión? Como Camarero (a) de Pisos, realizarás tareas rutinarias de limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones y zonas comunes, promoviendo una imagen positiva del hotel y atendiendo las peticiones y problemas de los huéspedes. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Limpiar y atender las habitaciones asignadas de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos establecidos, lo que incluye hacer las camas, quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, limpiar y desinfectar los baños, retirar la basura, etc. Cambiar y reponer la ropa de cama, las toallas, el minibar y las amenidades de los huéspedes, según sea necesario y/o de acuerdo con la periodicidad programada. Preparar las habitaciones asignadas a las necesidades y requerimientos especiales de los huéspedes (camas supletorias, cuna, etc.). Aprovisionar, mantener y transportar diariamente el carro de suministros de limpieza. Informar al superior directo de las incidencias o deficiencias de mantenimiento detectadas en las habitaciones/zonas comunes durante su preparación y limpieza. Realizar la limpieza de las zonas comunes del hotel que tenga asignadas y mantener el orden y la buena imagen del mobiliario de dichas zonas. Apoyar a otros miembros del personal de planta en la limpieza y preparación de las habitaciones, en caso de urgencia, incidencia o necesidad. Aplicar los procedimientos de gestión de la calidad de los servicios de limpieza y lavandería. Realizar las tareas de mantenimiento higiénico sanitario preventivo. ¿Qué buscamos? At least 6 months’ experience developing similar functions. Secondary school diploma or equivalent education. Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valuable. Customer Oriented. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth internal communication, guest satisfaction, and the coordination of group events—at Dani Brasserie. SAP, GMAO/CMMS (programa informático de gestión del mantenimiento), BMS (sistema de gestión de edificios), etc. Orientación a los resultados y al detalle.
