Somos un restaurante de cocina china donde queremos ofrecer una experiencia especial a nuestros invitados. Actualmente, buscamos ampliar el equipo de sala con supervisores de sala que tengan experiencia y/o formación en hostelería. Se valorará tener nociones de sumillería y buen nivel de inglés.
Restaurante gastronómico de alto nivel, ubicado en la zona de la Barceloneta, especializado en menús degustación y carta, busca incorporar un/a Maître para reforzar y liderar su equipo de sala. Si te gusta el trato con el cliente y te apasiona la alta gastronomía y quieres formar parte de un proyecto elegante y con proyección, esta es tu oportunidad! Tus FUNCIONES serán: • Supervisar y coordinar el servicio de sala, garantizando los más altos estándares de calidad., • Actuar como anfitrión/a y embajador/a del restaurante, cuidando la relación con los clientes y representando la imagen del local., • Colaborar con la hostess en la gestión de reservas y con el chef en la coordinación del servicio., • Asesorar al cliente en la experiencia gastronómica, explicar los platos y maridajes con un discurso cercano y profesional., • Liderar, organizar y motivar a un equipo de 10 personas en sala., • Trabajar algunos días de forma autónoma y otros en tándem con la otra Maître., • Participar en la selección y la gestión de horarios., • Promover un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado al detalle. Las CONDICIONES de la posición son: • Incorporación: inmediata., • Contrato: estable, directo con el establecimiento., • Horario: 5 días a la semana, de 17:00 a 01:00 h. (en épocas puntuales podría ampliarse con servicios de mediodía)., • Días libres: 2 consecutivos, rotativos y a convenir con el equipo., • Salario: 2.000 – 2.200 €/mes (equivalente a 30.000 – 34.000 €/año) + propinas aprox. 250 €/mes → total entre 2.250 y 2.450 €/mes netos. REQUISITOS: • Formación: valorable CFGM o CFGS en hosterlería y restauración., • Experiencia mínima: 2 años como Maître o jefe/a de sala en restaurantes gastronómicos o de alto nivel., • Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y trato exquisito con el cliente., • Residencia en Barcelona o área metropolitana.
Ubicación: Mallorca Responsabilidades Supervisa el mantenimiento en todas las áreas del hotel conforme a los estándares del grupo Sani/Ikos. Desarrolla e implementa programas de mantenimiento para sistemas HVAC, fontanería, instalaciones eléctricas y otras infraestructuras. Realiza inspecciones regulares de las instalaciones y sistemas del hotel para asegurar que cumplan o superen los estándares de la empresa. Es responsable de la contratación y formación del equipo de mantenimiento. Lleva a cabo evaluaciones de desempeño y ofrece orientación para mejorar las competencias del equipo. Supervisa y gestiona el presupuesto, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales y el control del inventario. Colabora con el Departamento de Compras para gestionar las relaciones con proveedores y contratistas externos. Asegura el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud, seguridad y sostenibilidad ambiental, conforme a los estándares corporativos. Garantiza una colaboración fluida con los otros departamentos del hotel para su funcionamiento eficiente y un servicio de excelencia al cliente. Además, colabora con el Departamento de Desarrollo para las renovaciones y mejoras del hotel. Registra todas las actividades de mantenimiento y reparación mediante el software CMMS. Informa al Director de Gestión de Instalaciones y al Director General. Requisitos Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica o Gestión de Instalaciones. Mínimo 3-5 años de experiencia en hoteles de lujo y otras instalaciones de alto nivel. Experiencia comprobada en gestión de equipos, preferiblemente en entornos multiculturales. Conocimientos prácticos en sistemas HVAC, fontanería, electricidad, seguridad contra incendios y ascensores. Experiencia en renovaciones, actualizaciones de sistemas o proyectos de mantenimiento a gran escala. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a las operaciones dinámicas de un hotel. Conocimientos en software CAD. Dominio del paquete MS Office. Personalidad proactiva y orientada a soluciones. Buen dominio del idioma inglés (oral y escrito) será considerado una ventaja.
