Essential Skills
- Experience preparing breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently during busy service
- Good understanding of fresh ingredients and presentation
- Experience with sandwiches, eggs, salads, healthy bowls, and daily specials
- Creative mindset with ideas for seasonal dishes and menu development
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Able to stay calm under pressure
What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes with consistency
- Keep kitchen prep organised and service running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Help create new menu ideas, specials, and seasonal dishes
- Manage stock levels and reduce waste where possible
- Work closely with the front-of-house team for smooth service
- Bring positive energy and passion into the kitchen every day
