Global Automotive & Industrial Tier‑1 Group As part of the reinforcement of its European industrial organization, a global automotive and industrial Tier‑1 group, with operations on all continents, is looking for a Plant General Manager – Multi‑Plants to lead several manufacturing sites based in the Vigo region. This role is a key leadership position, combining operational excellence, people leadership and contribution to profitable growth in a demanding international automotive environment. • Full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, costs and productivity, • Leadership of complete plant management teams (production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, finance, HR), • Deployment of Group industrial strategy and operational excellence standards, • Leadership of industrial performance improvement and transformation initiatives, • Strong interface with Group functions and OEM customers, • Active contribution to growth projects, new product launches and industrial ramp‑ups, • Around 10 years of experience in plant or industrial management roles, • Proven experience as Plant General Manager / Plant Manager, mono‑site or multi‑site, with responsibility for 200–300+ employees, • Strong background in production management / autonomous production units, managing significant industrial organizations (200+ people), with clear potential to step into a General Manager role, • Solid exposure to automotive or Tier‑1 industrial environments, • Experience in transformation contexts, growth phases and/or new product launches is a strong asset, • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background, • Professionnal English mandatory, • High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability, • Engagement and initiative, with a hands‑on leadership approach, • Clear, structured and confident in positioning and decision‑making, • Ability to build a clear industrial project and bring teams along, • Demanding yet fair leader, capable of setting high standards, • Economic and business sensitivity, focused on sustainable and profitable growth, • Comfortable leading teams through change, growth and upcoming industrial launches, • Attractive compensation package, aligned with senior responsibilities, • Role with real impact, visibility and autonomy, • Exposure to a global group with strong industrial ambitions, • Evolution opportunities within the organization for a high‑value performer #J-18808-Ljbffr
