HR Project & Talent Intelligence Coordinator – Central Europe

We are seeking a highly organised and analytically driven HR professional to support the Central Europe HR Leadership Team as a strategic coordination and execution partner. Based in Santander or Valladolid, Spain, this role combines project management, executive coordination, talent intelligence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple Central European markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional HR initiatives, supporting talent acquisition market intelligence, ensuring alignment across HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and maintaining strong operational delivery across a fast-paced international environment. • Partner closely with the Central Europe HR Leadership Team to coordinate and drive regional HR initiatives and strategic priorities, • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables across multiple countries and stakeholders, • Organise regional leadership meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and manage action tracking and follow-up, • Maintain project dashboards and reporting in collaboration with HR data and operations teams, • Act as a liaison between regional HR teams and global HR Centres of Excellence, including Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Systems, • Ensure alignment with global HR policies and support consistent implementation across the region, • Drive accountability and momentum across projects through proactive stakeholder engagement, • Conduct talent market mapping and competitive intelligence across Central Europe, • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, talent availability, and competitor activity, • Build and maintain talent pipelines and market intelligence databases for critical and future-focused roles, with extensive LinkedIn Recruiter experience., • Analyse recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience, • Produce talent landscape reports and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and hiring strategy, • Create high-quality presentations and communication materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Mural, or similar tools, • Translate complex data and HR insights into clear, engaging, and actionable narratives for leadership audiences, • Build strong working relationships with regional HR leaders, HR CoEs, and operational stakeholders across Europe, • Support communication and implementation of regional and global HR initiatives, • 5+ years of HR experience within multinational or multi-country environments, • Strong background in project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational delivery, • Exposure to talent acquisition, talent intelligence, or HR analytics is highly desirable, • Experience working with HR shared services, CoEs, or global HR operating models preferred, • Advanced Excel and strong data management capabilities, • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Canva, Mural, or similar platforms, • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar), • Strong organisational and reporting capabilities with high attention to detail, • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, • Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence and drive accountability, • Exceptional communication skills in English (required), • Additional European languages are advantageous, • Proactive, adaptable, and delivery-focused approach, • Knowledge of Central European employment markets and HR practices, • Experience with HR analytics or talent intelligence tools, • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualisation tools, • Previous experience supporting regional leadership teams or executive-level stakeholders, • Location: Santander or Valladolid, Spain, • Hybrid working model with regional collaboration across Central Europe, • Fast-paced international environment supporting ambitious regional growth plans This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and highly organised HR professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, engaging with senior stakeholders, and combining strategic thinking with operational execution in a dynamic international environment.
