Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager in Trápaga, Bilbao we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll act as an interface with the client's Quality and Safety teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (proyect, quality and external suppliers), Lead the iCSS (internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys) with the Project Manager, as well as the development and implementation of the resulting action plan and much more. You’ll specifically take care of estalishing, document, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), ensuring its correct application during contract execution in accordance with contractual requirements and Alstom processes, but also support the Project team and the Project Manager in preparing the DfQ gate reviews and in monitoring the corresponding action plans We’ll look to you for: • Guide the project teams regarding Quality’s contribution to the project., • Act as the interface within the project team for all Quality-related aspects of the project., • Ensure that the project team is aware of the Project Quality Plan and its deliverables, regularly reporting progress and supporting the team in acquiring the required quality competencies., • Provide support in project audits, reviews, and approvals of suppliers’ quality systems, if required by the customer, • Report quality and safety alerts and manage NCs (Non-Conformities) and safety issues., • Ensure the quality of technical modifications (CRs) carried out in the project., • Control project processes and deliverables through audits and inspections to authorize their submission/delivery to the customer., • Ensure that the Return of Experience (REX) from all functions is considered risks & opportunities and monitors it to prevent recurrence., • Lead the management of the Supplier Part List (SPL) and ensure it covers the full scope of the project., • Ensure proper synchronization and follow-up of FAIs for items included in the SPL with SQ and Procurement, with special attention to cases involving location changes., • Support the customer during inspections at Alstom facilities and at suppliers’ premises., • Facilitate the “Problem Solving” process (8D, QRQC, REX) during the project execution phase to ensure proper management and a limited impact on the Cost of Non-Quality, • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are included in the problem-solving process with customers.
