Sales Assistant Position - Gigi Boutique - Location: Gigi Boutique (Calle Ramon Areces 2, Local 19, Puerto Banus) - Brands We Represent: Kiton, Sport&Rich, Maygel Coronel, Colombo, LouLou. About Us: Gigi is a multi-brand retail boutique specializing in high-end fashion. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and offering the latest trends from renowned designers. - Position: Sales Assistant - Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week) - Salary: 2200EUR per month + commission from sales. JOB PURPOSE Work with main stakeholders in initiating, planning, directing, and managing the implementation of the Marketing Strategy for all businesses in Spain. Successfully introduce and strengthen the market position of all operational venues, oversee marketing activities, ensure brand identity standards, and effectively introduce new brands of Bulldozer Group. Reporting to the Group COO and works with Director of Operations in Spain. This role highly contributes to brand awareness and positioning of the company resulting in positive profitability goals through traditional, blended marketing channels and trends as well as new and emerging digital technologies. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners in Operations to create solid marketing plans and serve as the primary point of contact for venues. - Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, remodels, and rebranding campaigns - Manage the Spain Marketing team and ensure positive individual performance output measured by independent KPI’s. - Responsible for the annual marketing budgets for individual venues. - Manage brand promotions to drive sales. - Manage the team of marketing department. Make sure that performance of team is matching company requirements and team is well-maintained and organized. - Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness, alongside Digital Director. - Direct social media initiatives and content. - Approve all local print advertising and manage graphic designers on ad creation. - Recommend development and implement in-store marketing materials as appropriate. - Work with Digital Director to develop and execute customer acquisition and retention marketing programs, web-based, database, and direct to consumer marketing. - Lead event marketing outreach for our destination properties. - Work with Digital Director and Guest Relations to oversee newsletter campaigns for the Spanish businesses. - Manage advertising and public relations agencies, utilizing them as resources for brand and revenue enhancement programs. - Align with Digital Marketing Director on the management of all digital marketing initiatives. - Manage advertising and partnership development for specific properties. - Work with social media consultant / in house staff to provide content. - Provide on-site event support where necessary.
