Main Responsibilities • Development and management of BIM models for industrial projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards., • Creation, coordination, and update of 3D models across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical., • Extraction and generation of drawings, documentation, and quantities directly from BIM models., • Coordination with engineering teams to ensure consistency between design inputs and model development., • Detection and resolution of clashes and interferences using BIM tools, supporting design optimization and constructability., • Implementation and compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and best practices within the project., • Participation in model reviews, coordination meetings, and technical discussions with internal teams and external stakeholders., • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar) or relevant technical background., • 1-3 years of experience in BIM modelling within industrial projects., • Hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar., • Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, coordinating with different engineering disciplines., • Knowledge of BIM methodologies, standards, and data management processes., • Experience in industrial sectors such as metals, mining, energy, or similar will be highly valued., • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex models., • Good communication skills and ability to work in team-oriented environments.
