Key Responsibilities • Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment., • Information Relay: Communicate important updates and information to guests promptly and accurately., • Coordination & Liaison: Work with department heads and external vendors to ensure seamless fulfillment of guest requests., • Communication Management: Use communication tools effectively to track and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback., • Service Knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and offerings to provide exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience in concierge services, front office, or guest relations in luxury hospitality., • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options., • Professional, guest-focused demeanor with attention to detail., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
