Responsibilities include managing payroll for three group entities with 200 employees, overseeing outsourced payroll, managing time and attendance, updating the employee database, handling HR administration and financing, administering benefits and flexible compensation, coordinating training, ensuring personnel compliance, recruiting, and providing technical support and tool expertise.Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll for 3 entities, including transmission of variables, calculation of sick leave top‑ups, settlements, vacation accruals, and bonus payments; review monthly bank transfers and social security filings; audit professional staff calculations and manage wage garnishments or judicial withholdings.- Time & Attendance: Supervise time‑management system, onboard new hires, approve absenteeism and vacation requests, and resolve incidents.- Database Management: Monthly review and update of the employee database (Workday) to ensure data integrity.- HR Administration & Finance: Process purchase requests, review HR invoices, and prepare monthly HR KPIs (Enablon and EHS).- Benefits & Flexible Compensation: Manage insurance enrollments and cancellations, coordinate with providers, review monthly invoices, and handle quarterly requests and invoicing.- Training: Oversee group training in Spain and liaise with providers for social security tax credits.- Personnel Administration: Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws, handle employee inquiries, onboarding, portal access, and all related documentation.- Recruitment: Act as liaison with temporary agencies and headhunters for staffing needs.- Technical Support & Tools: Serve as local IT point of contact for equipment requests, key user for Concur Travel, and access management for SAP Opera in Spain.Qualifications- Solid payroll knowledge and ability to operate autonomously after initial training.- Experience with payroll systems such as Workday and time‑tracking tools.- Strong understanding of labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and payroll compliance.- Excellent database management, documentation, and analytical skills.- Fluency in Spanish is required; English is an advantage.Position TypeFull‑time Fixed‑term (9 months).EEO StatementIMERYS is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer and it is our policy to not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state or local laws.NoticeNotice of E‑Verify Participation (U.S. Candidates Only)#J-18808-Ljbffr
