Buscamos un SDR para ventas por teléfono (comercial outbound) para una plataforma de gestión de compensaciones variables: ¿Qué harás? ● Identificar y cualificar oportunidades de negocio a través de la prospección estratégica y el análisis de leads en sistemas CRM. ● Ser el primer punto de contacto y representar la marca, estableciendo relaciones iniciales sólidas con potenciales clientes. ● Generar y nutrir leads de calidad, coordinando reuniones entre prospectos cualificados y el equipo de ventas. ● Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de generación de leads. ¿Qué nos enamorará de ti? ● Experiencia: 6 meses y 1 año mínimo de experiencia en ventas en llamada en frío. ● Perfil proactivo: eres un 10 en prospección y generación de leads. ● Habilidades comerciales: fuerte intuición para los negocios, hábil en la resolución de problemas y objeciones y experto en adaptar soluciones a las necesidades del cliente. ● Idiomas: Castellano Nativo. About the job POSITION SUMMARY Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
