Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in our Málaga Atalaya residence? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile operations assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 229 rooms and the activity this entails. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys and cards, • You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc., • You support the administration office, • You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening), • You apply the necessary protocols in emergencies Your working hours: This role requires you to work full time from Monday to Sunday (with the breaks required by law-of course) in rotatory shifts from 7h to 15h or 15h to 23h. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. Su misión será asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, conservación y seguridad de las instalaciones de la residencia, ejecutando de forma directa y presencial tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, y dando respuesta ágil a las incidencias técnicas del día a día, contribuyendo a una experiencia positiva para los residentes y a la preservación del valor del activo. Principales funciones • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo en habitaciones y zonas comunes (fontanería, electricidad básica, pintura, mobiliario, electrodomésticos, etc.)., • Atender incidencias técnicas detectadas en la residencia, asegurando una respuesta ágil y eficaz., • Ejecutar reparaciones in situ, minimizando el impacto en la experiencia de los residentes., • Colaborar en revisiones periódicas del edificio y apoyar en inspecciones técnicas o trabajos con proveedores externos., • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y PRL., • Trabajar de forma coordinada con el resto del personal de la residencia, manteniendo también una comunicación adecuada con los residentes. Requisitos del puesto 1.Formación Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Electricidad, Fontanería, Mantenimiento, Instalaciones, Electromecánica o similar. 2.Experiencia Experiencia previa mínima de 2–3 años en puestos de mantenimiento técnico operativo, preferiblemente en residencias, hoteles, edificios de uso intensivo o entornos similares. Experiencia realizando trabajos manuales y reparaciones de forma autónoma. 3.Tener disponibilidad para resolver urgencias o imprevistos en la residencia. 4.Idiomas Español imprescindible Inglés valorable Condiciones del puesto • Contrato indefinido a 40h semanales de Lunes a Viernes (salvo situaciones excepcionales)., • Salario de 1500€ a 1700€ brutos al mes + beneficios., • La oportunidad de generar impacto en una empresa dinámica y en rápido crecimiento, líder en el sector de residencias de estudiantes en Europa continental., • Contribuir a construir el futuro trabajando con y para la generación de estudiantes.
