Luuma beach, un restaurante ubicado a pie de playa en El Rosario, ofrece hospitalidad, calidad y confort. Con 50 tumbonas y 200 asientos en el restaurante, estamos abiertos todo el año, 7 días a la semana para almuerzos y cenas. Durante los meses de verano también servimos desayuno. Estamos buscando un/a Gerente de Sala altamente motivado/a y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada deberá tener una sólida capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno de alta demanda. Como parte de nuestro equipo, será responsable de ofrecer un servicio al cliente cálido y amigable, cuidando las necesidades y responsabilidades de cada miembro del equipo y tratando a Luuma como su propio hogar. RESPONSABILIDADES: · El/la Supervisor/a de Sala será responsable de programar los turnos semanalmente para un equipo de 20-35 personas. · Capacitar y formar al personal nuevo y actual. · Tomar la iniciativa para mejorar los procesos de trabajo y la experiencia del cliente. · Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable. · Supervisar las operaciones diarias de caja. · Ser responsable de la recepción (nivel de servicio, eficiencia en las reservas). It’s a varied and challenging role covering all aspects of retail including but not limited to customer service, store standards, accounts, logistics and health and safety and more.
