Contract type: Indefinido, part-time (approx. 50% FTE).

Workplace: Company’s home-office/headquarters (CEO’s residence), virtual office meeting rooms as needed, and occasional external errands.


Purpose of the Role


To ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s home-office headquarters, supporting organisational, logistical, and administrative tasks. The Personal Assistant will help maintain the work environment, manage supplies and storage, handle errands, and provide light administrative and digital support. Occasional personal support may be required, but the role is primarily oriented toward business operations in the home-office.


**Key Responsibilities**

1. Home-Office Operations (Core)


  • Organise and maintain the home-office spaces (dedicated working areas, storage, supplies).
  • Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and functionality of spaces used for daily business activity.
  • Inventory and restocking of office-related items.
  • Support the set-up and preparation of meeting spaces (home-office or booked rooms in virtual office facilities).


2. Logistics & Errands


  • Handle company errands (deliveries, collections, supply purchases).
  • Coordinate small logistics for both home-office and company (courier, post, storage moves).
  • Maintain records of purchases and deliveries.


3. Administrative & Digital Support


  • Filing, scanning, and indexing documents.

Updating simple spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for inventories, budgets, or schedules.

  • Light support for company social media (posting updates, basic content).

Calendar reminders and follow-up of pending tasks.


4. Occasional Personal Support (Secondary)


  • Assist with personal errands or tasks when aligned with company logistics (combined shopping runs, parcel returns, etc.).
  • Provide incidental support to maintain balance in the home-office environment (e.g., tidying kitchen space used daily during working hours).
  • Such duties are strictly secondary and occasional, not the primary function.


**Requirements**

  • Organisational skills, trustworthiness, discretion.
  • Ability to support both physical workspace management and digital admin tasks.
  • Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Excel, outlook e-mail, scanning, social media basics).
  • Flexibility for mixed office/personal errands.

Driver’s licence (preferred).

  • Professional classification: Área 1 · Grupo D · Nivel 3 (A1GDN3).
  • Trial period: 3 months (Article 10, TIC convenio).
  • Salary: Minimum per convenio (2025: €16,736/year for full-time, 14 pays). Adjusted proportionally to part-time. Company may offer higher (e.g., €20,000/year FTE).
  • Scope clause: The employee’s main role is support of the company’s home-office headquarters and related operations. Personal support tasks are incidental and occasional.
