We are a bustling,Italian restaurant famous for our Neapolitan pizzas, pastas, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook (Pizzaiolo) to join our kitchen team and help us deliver the true taste of Italy to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and hand-stretch fresh pizza dough daily using our traditional recipe
Make authentic Italian sauces, including our signature San Marzano tomato sauce
Assemble and top pizzas with precision, maintaining consistent quality and portion control
Bake pizzas in our wood-fired oven to achieve the perfect char, airy crust, and melt
Monitor and maintain proper dough fermentation, temperature, and ingredient freshness
Work efficiently during peak hours while keeping your station clean and organized (Mise en place)
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely ticket times
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards (ServSafe or equivalent preferred)
Occasionally assist with other kitchen tasks such as antipasti preparation or grill station support.
