Part-time – Lunch service, with the possibility of full-time in the long run.
We cook with charcoal. Argentine style. The grill is the centre of what we do, and we need someone who knows how to handle it — and the meat that goes on it.
What the job involves
- You run the grill during lunch service — from fire to plate
- You clean and prep the cuts before service: sirloin, entrecôte, chuletón, whole chickens — done properly, no shortcuts
- You know the differences between beef, pork and chicken on a charcoal grill — temperature, timing, resting
- You have everything ready for the evening service before 16:00
- General kitchen tasks are part of the role — this isn’t just a grill position, it’s a kitchen position centred on the grill
What we’re looking for
- Real grill experience — not just familiar with it, genuinely comfortable on it
- Someone who knows the cuts and knows how to prep them
- Used to charcoal and Argentine-style grilling
- General kitchen knowledge — hygiene, organisation, basic prep
- Reliable. The lunch shift runs tight and the evening depends on what you leave behind
