The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operational lifecycle of merchant processing, ensuring stable performance, compliant workflows, efficient routing, and seamless coordination between merchants, acquirers, development teams, and internal departments. This role is critical for maintaining operational integrity, profitability, and service reliability. Core Responsibilities • Oversee daily PSP operational performance: volumes, approvals, declines, routing health., • Manage merchant processing issues, escalations, and system checks., • Implement and enforce SOPs for onboarding, monitoring, settlements, and incident response., • Coordinate with acquirers, gateways, and technical teams on operational matters., • Ensure clean documentation, compliance alignment, and proper merchant lifecycle management., • Produce weekly and monthly operational KPI reports (volume, fees, chargebacks, profitability)., • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
