We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person eager to develop professionally and build a long-term career within the company, joining the Automotive Aftermarket Iberia team and providing direct support to the Iberia Area Manager. This position combines commercial, administrative, and marketing responsibilities, actively participating in the daily business operations as well as in customer development and commercial campaigns. We are seeking a candidate with a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and strong customer orientation, who is looking to grow professionally within a multinational and expanding environment. Responsibilities • Daily support to the Iberia Area Manager in commercial and operational activities., • Occasional customer visits and commercial support for account follow-up and development., • Execution and monitoring of promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and commercial actions., • Management and follow-up of obsolete stock and clearance campaigns., • Updating and uploading price lists and commercial conditions into the system., • Monitoring and follow-up of customer loyalty programs., • Debt collection follow-up and monitoring of outstanding payments., • Providing support to the Customer Service department., • Telephone customer service and commercial support for customers and distributors., • Supporting the development of new business opportunities., • Customer follow-up and support in commercial activities across the Iberia region., • Preparation of sales reports and basic sales analysis. Requirements • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or similar., • Interest or knowledge in the automotive aftermarket sector will be highly valued., • Intermediate to advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Office tools., • Organized and solution-oriented profile with multitasking capabilities., • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset., • Proactive, responsible person with a commercial attitude., • B2 level of English.
