Contrato a media jornada, 20 horas semanales de lunes a viernes, con dos dias de descanso (sábado y domingo), en horario continuo de mañana de 09:00h a 13:00h. Funciones principales: - Gestión de registros, llevando el control y archivo de documentación de la empresa. - Gestión administrativa de partes de trabajo. - Archivo y clasificación de documentación. - Apoyo al equipo administrativo. Requisitos: - Formación o titulaciones de auxiliar administrativo o superior. - Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones similares. - Nivel medio-alto de inglés hablado y escrito. Se valorarán positivamente conocimientos en otros idiomas. - Habilidades para la gestión de registros, archivo y administración. - Dominio en herramientas ofimáticas como Microsoft Office. - Orientación a la calidad y al detalle. - Habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales. Missions: Prepare the guest's arrival Support the onsite team in setting up the season Pre-visit the properties you will have guests in and update profiles Participate in updating properties info in our tools Link with the pre-arrival team to ensure you have all information to prepare the guest's stay. Prepare the arrival of your clients by shopping for any requested items and personalizing the properties with adequate gifts and amenities.
