Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent — Málaga or Alicante, Spain 📍 Málaga or Alicante, Spain | On-site | Permanent contract 🗓️ Start dates: August & September 2026 The opportunity Join an international customer support team based in Spain, working for a leading Dutch telecommunications brand. You'll be part of a dynamic, multilingual team handling customer inquiries across service, technical support, and fiber optic topics — all in Dutch. This is not cold calling or outbound sales. You'll be supporting existing customers with billing, subscriptions, technical troubleshooting, and general account advice. What you'll do • Handle customer inquiries by phone, chat or email in Dutch, • Provide support across service, technical and fiber optic topics, • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities as part of the role, • Ensure customers stay connected and satisfied What we're looking for • Native or near-native Dutch speaker (mandatory), • Good level of English, • Customer service experience is a plus — but not mandatory, • EU passport or valid right to work in Spain, • Available for one of the upcoming start dates Working hours • Monday to Friday: 08:00–20:00 (rotating shifts), • Saturday and Sunday: 09:00–17:30, • Mandatory availability on Monday mornings and three evening shifts per week (including Friday evenings) Salary & contract • Permanent contract under Spanish labor law, • Salary from €1,342 to €2,094 gross/month depending on hours (25h to 39h per week), • 2-month probation period Relocation support • Option 1: Company accommodation — 3 months shared housing provided (summer period), • Option 2: €1,500 relocation bonus + up to €500 travel reimbursement, • Option 3 (domestic within Spain): €750 relocation bonus + up to €125 travel reimbursement Training 4 weeks of paid training including classroom, on-the-job and coaching sessions.
