About the job What's the job? As bell staff you are responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel, as well as help them with luggage. Reports to the Front Desk Manager. No buscamos a alguien para “llevar redes”. Buscamos a alguien que entienda marca, cree contenido que venda y lance campañas que funcionen. Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de lanzamiento y estrategias de ventas. Crear Stories y carruseles enfocados en producto, conversión y comunidad. Automatizar los Reels que te entregara el coordinador audiovisual junto a 3 creadores de contenido en Metricool. Lanzar y optimizar Ads con contenido UGC. Coordinar y dirigir a la creadora de UGC, alineando las campañas con los objetivos de la empresa. Mantener la comunidad activa con interacción constante. Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de Ads multicanal utilizando todas las herramientas disponibles. Responder mensajes directos. Requisitos deseados: Creatividad y pensamiento estratégico. Pasión por el marketing digital y las comunidades online. Experiencia en campañas pagadas y contenido UGC. Proactividad y capacidad de adaptación en un entorno dinámico. Requisitos: Experiencia real creando contenido para marcas. Saber escribir buen copy: claro, sucio, divertido o agresivo según el momento. Experiencia creando comunidades y respondiendo a los clientes. Dominar herramientas como: Metricool, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, CapCut o similares. Haber lanzado campañas de Ads con enfoque en conversión. Entender qué mueve a alguien a pedir comida con solo ver un vídeo. Modalidad de trabajo: • Freelance (autónomo) • Pago mensual fijo + bonus por campañas con rendimiento., • Trabajo remoto, pero necesario estar en Madrid, para asistir a reuniones o grabaciones. ¡Envíanos tu portafolio para poder valorar!
