Our numbers since 2018: • 200+ international events, • 10,000+ trainees, • 15,000+ padel classes Main Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and coordinate padel programs and events from start to finish., • Oversee the full customer journey: welcome, engagement, care, upselling, and follow-up., • Handle bookings: hotels, courts, transfers, experiences and other services., • Coordinate suppliers, coaches, and interns (selection, training, supervision)., • Identify and manage new sales opportunities across B2B and B2C markets., • Support marketing activities, including social media content and website updates., • Perform basic accounting and back-office tasks., • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each experience. Requirements • 3–5 years’ experience in events, travel, or hospitality., • Sales experience., • Strong communication and customer care skills., • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects., • Comfortable working independently and reporting progress weekly., • Familiar with CRM systems and reporting tools., • Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a strong plus., • Based in Málaga or willing to relocate., • Available to work some weekends (approx. two per month, half-day)., • Team player with persistence and a positive attitude., • Immediate start We Value • Experience in digital marketing or social media., • Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to grow., • Strategic mindset and adaptability., • Passion for padel, sports, and tourism., • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Events or Hospitality (preferred) What We Offer • Full-time position in Málaga., • Hybrid working model with flexible schedule based on Padel Experience, • Competitive salary + performance bonuses, • 23 vacation days + your birthday off 🎂, • Training and growth opportunities., • Friendly, international, sports-focused environment., • The chance to live and work where others vacation, under the sun of Málaga.
