About the role As a Junior SDR at Infinni, you’ll be a key point of contact for potential customers across both inbound and outbound channels. Your mission is to respond quickly to interest, proactively create new conversations, understand needs, and guide prospects through their trial so they convert to customers. Your key responsibilities: • Handle inbound leads by responding quickly, qualifying needs, and routing or booking next steps, • Proactively identify and engage potential customers via outbound outreach (email, DMs, Telegram, WhatsApp, calls), • Qualify prospects in communities and inbound pipelines to assess fit and buying intent, • Book demos for the Sales team and support handoffs with clear notes and context, • Use CRM tools to track interactions, progress, and next steps, • Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, scripts, and campaigns across inbound and outbound, • Provide feedback from the field to help us improve our product and positioning, • Stay up to date on the creator economy and our competitors What We're Looking For You’re a proactive person who thrives on starting conversations and converting interest into booked meetings and qualified opportunities. You’re comfortable operating in fast-moving, unconventional channels and aren’t afraid of rejection. You also know how to respond quickly and thoughtfully when someone reaches out. You have: • Strong English (written and verbal). Fluent German is a huge plus., • 1+ year of experience in SDR work, outbound sales, inbound lead qualification, lead generation, or customer reactivation, • Experience communicating across multiple channels (email, DMs, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.), • Strong communication skills. You can keep messages short, clear, and persuasive., • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Intercom, or similar), • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • A results-driven mindset. You care about replies, bookings, and conversions.
