About The Role The Health & Safety Technician will implement, monitor and improve the occupational risk prevention management system in the company, ensuring the health & safety of workers, complying with current regulations and promoting a safety culture in the work environment. Responsibilities • Internal and external CAE management., • Review and update of risk assessments., • Information and training., • Participation in and preparation of internal & external audits., • Accident record reporting., • Investigation of accidents., • Management and control of PPE, • Health surveillance., • Encourage and promote safe behaviours., • To ensure the correct implementation, monitoring and improvement of the occupational risk prevention management system in the company., • Conduct regular visits to different work areas to monitor compliance with safety regulations and propose corrective actions if necessary. About You • Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention., • Minimum of one years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the same sector or in industrial sectors with associated risks (such as the meat industry, construction, manufacturing, etc.) Please note this is a Direct Search led by Van Hessen.
