Key Requirement – Nordic Market Specialist Due to our current market strategy and client portfolio, we are specifically looking for a Nordic Market Specialist. For this role, we require native-level proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Icelandic), a strong understanding of the Nordic buyer profile including cultural expectations and purchasing behaviour, and ideally previous experience working with Nordic clients in the real estate or luxury sector. Main Responsibilities • Deep understanding of Marbella and its prime areas to effectively list properties in key locations., • Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements, ensuring company commission policies are applied., • Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive, professional communication., • Manage assigned clients from initial contact through to deal completion — and beyond., • Keep our CRM up to date with client requirements and maintain your personal database aligned with commercial goals and activity. What We’re Looking For • Solid experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Marbella’s market and main neighbourhoods., • Strong business understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes., • Native-level proficiency in a Nordic language (essential for this position)., • Advanced level of English and Spanish., • Professional, polished, and confident — with excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve outstanding results., • Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international team., • Proactive, organized, and ready to take initiative with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude., • Exceptional standards of customer service, ideally experienced with demanding national and international clients. Key Accountabilities • Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy is in line with the overall strategy, • Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully, • Review marketing plans for DarGlobal and ensure they support sales objectives effectively, • Direct and control sales operations so that agreed targets and objectives for BTS projects and sales channels are achieved., • Identify new business initiatives in the market which can be converted into revenue generating opportunities in line with the business objectives., • Establish and maintain a network of business contracts and relationships in the regional and international context to increase market awareness, sales prospects, and to obtain critical market/competitor intelligence., • Review and monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit; make changes to the strategy/approach, where necessary, to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment and communicate the same to the Division Head., • Proactively promote DarGlobal’s projects through alternative direct sales channels (i.e. exhibitions, road shows, networking events, Government institutions, etc.) and participate in promotional events to network with corporate and high net worth potential customers towards the aim of achieving sales targets. Skills, Knowledge And Experience • Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent), • Minimum 10 years sales experience within the Oman market (commercial or residential), • Strong negotiation and selling skills, • Confident in presentation delivery, • Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
