Principales responsabilidades Marketing y promoción • Planificar y ejecutar acciones de marketing para captar nuevos alumnos., • Configurar, gestionar y optimizar campañas publicitarias en Meta Ads (Facebook e Instagram) y Google Ads., • Desarrollar la estrategia SEO de la página web y mejorar su posicionamiento en los motores de búsqueda., • Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, el coste por lead, las tasas de conversión y los resultados de las acciones de marketing., • Preparar propuestas promocionales y coordinar la creación de contenidos y materiales publicitarios. Ventas y atención a clientes potenciales • Gestionar las solicitudes recibidas y comunicarse con clientes potenciales por teléfono, WhatsApp y correo electrónico., • Presentar los programas educativos de la escuela y gestionar las reservas de clases de prueba gratuitas., • Realizar el seguimiento de los clientes potenciales hasta la formalización de la matrícula y el pago., • Trabajar con la base de datos de contactos existente y reactivar el interés de familias que hayan mostrado interés anteriormente., • Mantener actualizado el CRM, realizar el seguimiento de las oportunidades comerciales y cumplir los objetivos de ventas acordados. Desarrollo de negocio y colaboraciones • Identificar y establecer contactos con colegios, centros educativos, empresas y otros posibles colaboradores., • Preparar y presentar propuestas de colaboración., • Organizar talleres, presentaciones, eventos y actividades conjuntas para atraer nuevos alumnos., • Desarrollar y poner en marcha colaboraciones con organizaciones y comunidades locales de Barcelona., • Identificar nuevos canales de captación de clientes y oportunidades de crecimiento para la escuela. Requisitos del candidato • Dominio del español y del inglés, ambos con un nivel mínimo C1 (imprescindible)., • Se valorará especialmente el conocimiento del catalán., • Experiencia demostrable en ventas, desarrollo de negocio o captación de clientes., • Experiencia práctica en marketing digital, incluyendo Meta Ads y Google Ads., • Conocimientos de SEO y posicionamiento web., • Habilidades de negociación, desarrollo de relaciones comerciales y cierre de acuerdos., • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas CRM y análisis de indicadores de marketing., • Autonomía, iniciativa, capacidad de organización y orientación a resultados., • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Barcelona, acudir a la escuela y mantener reuniones con posibles colaboradores.
