Work according to schedule: 8-hour shifts in the morning, afternoon and night Part-time and full-time positions available Office Location: Alcobendas, Community of Madrid Job type: On-site Requirements • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve performance within the gaming industry, • Motivation to work in a multicultural and diverse team environment, • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices, • High level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality, • Ability to confidently work in front of cameras and with different studio equipment, • Excellent communication skills and a naturally engaging, positive presence, • Proficiency in ´specific dedicated language´ and good command in English (both spoken and written), • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, • Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment is an advantage, but not mandatory Responsibilities Game Hosting: • Conduct live casino games, including but not limited to Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat, in a professional and friendly manner., • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the game, creating a positive experience for online players., • Engage with players through live chat or voice, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor at all times., • Game Integrity:, • Ensure all gaming rules are adhered to and followed, maintaining the integrity and fairness of the game., • Shuffle, deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, or perform other required game activities with precision and accuracy., • Monitor player behavior and report any suspicious activities, ensuring responsible gaming practices., • Player Interaction:, • Provide clear instructions to players and answer any game-related questions in a friendly and professional manner., • Engage with players via live chat to enhance their gaming experience and build a sense of community., • Reports player complaints or concerns, escalating issues to the Studio Supervisor when necessary. Compliance & Regulations: • Follow all local and international gaming regulations, ensuring compliance with responsible gaming practices., • Adhere to internal company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct, particularly regarding professional behavior, dress code, and on-camera presence. Technical Management: • Manage the pace of the game according to studio guidelines and operational procedures., • Ensure all equipment, including cards, roulette wheels, and cameras, is functioning properly., • Report any technical issues or disruptions immediately to the relevant department. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with fellow game presenters, and studio support staff to maintain seamless operations., • Collaborate with technical teams and supervisors to ensure that game flow is uninterrupted and professional. Work according to schedule: 8-hour shifts in the morning, afternoon and night The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the live casino during assigned shifts, ensuring that all gaming activities meet company standards and comply with regulations. The role involves managing staff, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that players and partners receive the highest quality gaming experience. The Shift Manager works closely with other Studio Support roles to implement strategies, enforce policies, and ensure the optimal performance of the casino floor. Responsibilities: Team Supervision: • Supervise Game Presenters and Shufflers during assigned shifts., • Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations., • Analyse staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during the shift., • Assist in training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Operational Oversight: • Oversee live gaming operations, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in compliance with internal and external regulations., • Monitor the performance of game presenters, and shufflers to ensure they are maintaining professionalism and high standards., • Identify, resolve and/or report operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staffing shortages, to minimize downtime and disruptions. Performance & Reporting: • Track and document shift performance, including player interaction, staff conduct, and any operational achievements and incidents., • Prepares and submits reports to the partners in the event of incidents, mistakes, responsible gambling issues, or deviations of the expected business parameters., • Report any irregularities or deviations from standard procedures to the Senior Shift Manager., • Provide feedback to staff members regarding their performance, addressing areas of improvement and recognizing achievements. Client Relations: • Address player or partners requests, complaints or disputes, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner., • Ensure that the player experience is positive, offering assistance when needed and monitoring player satisfaction. Compliance & Standards: • Ensure all team members follow the company’s policies, gaming rules, and operational procedures during the shift., • Conduct periodic inspections of the studio, ensuring proper staff behavior, attire, and equipment functionality., • Stay informed about all relevant company updates, including new promotions, game strategies, and technological tools. Coordination & Communication: • Collaborate closely with the Senior Shift Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations., • Relay important information to the team and provide updates regarding shifts, games, or policies., • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to support team cohesion and motivation. Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and good command in English (both spoken and written)- Digitally literate • Previous land-based and/or online supervisory casino experience, familiarity with gaming regulations and live-streaming technology is a strong plus, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Leadership, management and analytical skills, • Ability to identify problems and propose correct solutions, • Proven experience managing live operations or similar team set ups in a high-pressure environment.
