The Role We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter with C1-level English and native (or near-native) Spanish to join our creative team. You’ll translate complex brand strategies into clear, memorable ideas and copy that performs—across digital and offline touchpoints, and across both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. This is a role for someone who can originate bold concepts and craft the words that make them land, not just “write well.” What You'll Do You’ll lead the thinking behind creative concepts and turn them into copy that people actually remember—and act on. From the earliest brief, you’ll shape the core idea, messaging hierarchy, and tone of voice, then develop the words that bring campaigns to life across channels, audiences, and formats in both English and Spanish. A big part of your work will be long-form writing: web and brand pages, career-site narratives, employer-brand stories, and other high-consideration content where structure, clarity, and persuasion matter as much as style. You’ll be comfortable moving from strategic storytelling (positioning, value propositions, narrative arcs) to precise execution (headlines, CTAs, microcopy, scripts), always keeping the brand voice consistent and culturally accurate in each language. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and strategists to refine ideas, elevate craft, and ensure the final assets are coherent as a system—not just individual deliverables. You’ll also iterate based on feedback and performance signals when available, balancing creativity with outcomes, and maintaining high standards across multiple projects and deadlines. What We're Looking For English at C1 (excellent writing and strategic messaging skills) and native/near-native Spanish. 5+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies, with a strong portfolio spanning digital and offline campaigns. A concept-first mindset: you can turn insight into ideas and ideas into copy that drives outcomes. Comfort distilling sophisticated propositions into simple, persuasive, audience-ready messages. A balance of creativity and performance thinking (you care about craft, but also about what the work achieves).
